I am sure some things came to your mind now. The questions is: What are you waiting for – what is the reason why you don’t do it already? What is holding you back? What difference would it make, if you would do it? What effect would this have in your life right now? What changes do you want to make and how are you going to practice these changes daily? If you would do this, how would your life look like in one year, two years, three years…..? Every day is a new chance to start something! The key is: to practice tiny little changes consistently every day! If you do this, where will you be in one week, one month, one year?
